Kate Middleton & Prince William Celebrate First St. Patrick’s Day as Prince & Princess of Wales
Princess Catherine (aka Kate Middleton) and Prince William celebrate their first St. Patrick’s Day with their new titles by attending the annual parade at Mons Barracks on Friday (March 17) in Aldershot, U.K.
The day meant even more for the 41-year-old Princess of Wales, who has assumed her husband’s title as the Colonel of the Irish Guards. According to People, Prince William gave up the title and assumed a similar role for the Welsh Guards.

The Princess dressed for the occasion, wearing a green coat dress with coordinating heels and a hat. She adorned her dress with a sprig of clovers, while the Prince wore his on his cap.
Princess Catherine was dressed in camo the last time she partook in an event with the Irish Guards earlier this month.
The outing comes after a royal author revealed some details about the couple, including the nicknames they have for each other.
