Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Pro might have rotating bezel

- A rumor suggests the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Pro could have a rotating bezel.
- Samsung took the rotating bezel away from the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, despite it being a fan-favorite.
- The Galaxy Watch 6 series will probably launch in August.
Last year, Samsung disappointed fans by launching the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro with a digital bezel. While this system worked fine, it didn’t offer the tactile experience of a physical bezel rotating around the watch face.
Thankfully, Samsung might be rectifying this change in 2023. According to a semi-reliable leaker (h/t SamMobile), the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Pro could bring back the physical rotating bezel. Unfortunately, as with years past, this feature would likely not come to the cheaper, less feature-rich Galaxy Watch 6.
The rotating bezel allows users to quickly navigate the touch interface without swiping or scrolling. It’s especially useful during exercise when your movement may make taps and swipes less accurate — and thus more frustrating.
A related leak is that the Galaxy Watch 6 Pro might also come in two sizes again. The Galaxy Watch 5 Pro came in one size — 45mm — even though previous Pro-level models (aka “Classic” models) had more than one size. If the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Pro has more than one size, that will also be great news for buyers.
Keep in mind that this leaker is not as reliable as some others. In other words, take this news with a grain of salt, as it might not pan out.
Samsung will likely launch the Galaxy Watch 6 series in August alongside the next round of foldable phones, namely the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5.
